About Me

Facilitating collaboration has been my bread and butter for more than 25 years. From running cooking workshops as a student, to organising one of Europe’s largest cultural collaboration programmes: it’s in my DNA to bring people together across borders to learn from each other, forge deep connections and make this world a slightly better place.

Educated as a political scientist, I developed my competences in various contexts. From public diplomacy for the Dutch government to HIV/AIDS campaigns in Central Asia, and from civil society networks across Europe and the Middle East to leading a non-profit in Berlin. I realised that shifting perspectives is a key ability to collaborate effectively.

Over the last 7 years I have honed my skills in change management, process design and facilitation, strategy development, partnerships, networks, governance, team structure and work culture. Although I have mostly worked in civil society sector, I’m also well versed in impact investment, cross-sectoral collaboration and multi-stakeholder approaches. I feel at home working with thematics like social and climate justice, culture and creativity, (non-)formal education, and intercultural as well as intersectional approaches. Since 2024, I’m a senior associate at Reos Partners, an international social impact company specialising in enabling transformative collaboration.

Born and raised in the Netherlands, I can call Amsterdam, Montreal, Kyiv Istanbul, and Berlin my home. I’m now based in Leipzig with my family.
