Join the Club!<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Leadership can be lonely \u2014 even when you\u2019re surrounded by supportive people. Peer Club is a small, curated circle where experienced nonprofit leaders slow down, think together, and recharge. We follow a simple, human rhythm: real cases, honest conversations, practical support.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This autumn, we’re starting a new cohort <\/strong>(online*) and there is the Peer Club Retreat<\/a> in Brandenburg.<\/p>\n

Start date:<\/strong> Thursday 3 September 2026 (4pm UTC)
<\/span>Timing<\/strong>: ~1.5 hours every 2-3 weeks (Thursdays) \u2022 up to 10 meetings<\/span>

<\/span>Who it\u2019s for:<\/b> founders, directors, CEOs and senior managers with 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofits, cultural institutions and social enterprises<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>Bring your live dilemmas and get peer-tested perspectives \u2014 not generic tips. We use structured case clinics so you leave each session with sharper options, not just sympathy.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>Commit to a steady cadence of reflection and practice. Over months, the fundamentals compound: purpose, clarity, stamina, and your ability to navigate complexity with your board, team, and funders.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>You don\u2019t have to carry it alone. The cohort becomes a trusted home base \u2014 a place to be candid, to be seen, and to borrow courage.<\/span><\/p>\n
