Join the Club!<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Leadership can be lonely<\/strong> – even when you\u2019re surrounded by supportive people. Peer Club is a small, curated circle<\/strong> where experienced nonprofit leaders slow down, think together, and recharge. Every month, we work with real cases, honest conversations, and the kind of peer support<\/strong> you can’t get from a training or a network event.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This autumn, new cohorts <\/strong>are starting online, in Berlin and in Leipzig. There is also the Peer Club Retreat<\/a> in Brandenburg.<\/p>\n

How it works:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Each cohort runs for up to ten months. The rhythm is simple: a kick-off to build the container, monthly case sessions where participants bring an inspiration, a good practice and a live challenge, and a closing circle to harvest what the group has learned together. Between sessions, buddy walks and occasional check-ins with the facilitator are available but optional.<\/p>\n

The cases drive everything. Participants prepare with the facilitator beforehand so the session time goes deep, right where the leverage is.<\/p>\n

Clearer thinking on your toughest current challenges. A small set of peer-tested approaches you can actually use. Case notes and reflection prompts to bring back to your team. And a trusted network that goes beyond the programme.<\/p>\n
